ZillowVERIFIEDIn a word - OUTSTANDING!We recently completed a move from Colorado, selling our home near Denver and ultimately buying a home in Carnegie. We were moving into retirement, downsizing, returning to Pennsylvania to be near family, and take advantage of the comparatively affordable real estate here in Western PA. Making it all work and timing everything so we could make one move and not need to store our belongings and maybe stay in a hotel or rental between homes was difficult enough, but we had some delays and issues come up making it even harder and take much longer. Chris was very helpful, always available via email, phone or text, and quick to respond for questions or issues, large and small. She was also very accommodating through four trips, the first in May to view homes around Pittsburgh. We were not certain of the specific area and while using Zillow was helpful there is nothing like seeing the home and neighborhood in person. So we looked at a lot of houses. We had a major delay selling our home, and were thinking of putting it off until next spring when an offer came together. Then we essentially had to start over finding a home in Pennsylvania, then things started moving pretty fast.Long story short we closed the sale of our home, drove two vehicles across country, closed our purchase just 8 days later and started moving into our new home. Perfect! Chris' professionalism, calm confidence, and patients were all important parts to make it all possible and ultimately come together quite smoothly.
