Planning is everything. There is more than one way to sell a home and my goal is to create the right sales strategy to help my selling clients reach their goals and sell for the maximum price. Ideally I talk with my selling clients about six months prior to when they would like to put their home on the market. One example is pictures. The marketing is so critical to getting the most for a home that the pictures need to be perfect. If someone is planning on selling in the winter or early spring, we need to take our pictures in the Fall, no later than about October 31st, to ensure we have beautiful marketing pictures with green grass and leaves on the trees. Pictures capture emotion and emotion is what sells homes. We need the best possible pictures to make the most of the sale.

Approaching two decades in real estate, I have worked with every type of client from first time home buyers and luxury home buyers to first time sellers and experienced sellers. I really enjoy what I do and the impact I can have by helping clients in all different stages of life.

I love what I do! I left the Navy in 2006 and wanted to own my own business.
