First and for most my number one goal in life is to be a great dad and loving husband. My family is the most important thing to me everything else is an added bonus. My wife's name is Kim and we are blessed with three little boys TayShaun, Oliver, Elliot and our little girl Berkeley. My number one goal in Real Estate is to provide an unforgettable and enjoyable service to customers and clients. Having good communication with customers/clients is another top priority. Finally helping customers/clients with buying or selling homes and helping them through the entire process. I have had extensive training in the latest real estate strategies. Chris was fantastic to work with! I was set of my house from day one, but Chris was pleasantly persistent that I knew what other options would be available to me. He didn't want me to pick the first one I saw and later regret it, and I definitely do not! He cares more about a satisfied customer than making a sale, which made me more confident in my purchase. He was communicated often letting me know where in the process I was at and what the next steps would be. When we purchase a larger home in a few years, Chris will be the first I call to help sell our current house and to help us find a new one!

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into the individual (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote listings. Chris Morris stood out as the best the Bismarck area has to offer.I spoke with Chris at various listings. He spent hours answering questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes are selling, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Chris made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should).I've recommended Chris Morris to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to purchase a home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

I always tell them to try and have some money set aside for any possible issues that could arise. Another big point of emphasis is to always think about resellability of the home you are thinking about purchasing.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

My biggest advise to sellers is I don't believe there is a bad time to sell. There always buyers looking and if your not on the market they don't know you're thinking about or trying to sell.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

All kinds buyers and sellers. I really enjoy meeting people and helping anyway that I can.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Just had a transaction that it seemed that there was no way that it was going to close but with constant communication we got the transaction closed on the expected close date.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I was working as a manager at a hotel and decided I wanted to do something different. I love being around people and meeting new people so I decided either car salesman or Realtor. Best decision I ever made. There is nothing more fulfilling then helping people right a new chapter in their lives by purchasing a home.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I get continued education every year on all sorts of topics. The most recent continuing education I recieved was dealing with best ways to negotiate an offer.
