In May 2018, My wife and I went to Canon City and contacted Chelesa Kovac who Chris had assigned to me. I told the two of them our price range and they did not disappoint. We found a nice single family home. Chelesa worked out the contact details after we put in a bid. Thanks to her we got a contract. She answered all our questions we had and worked closely with us through the closing process. Chelesa even jumped in the crawl space and pointed out some things to me that were later taken care of.
