Lisa Boncich is the best realtor I know. I have Bought and sold 3 houses in my adult life and helped do the same for my parents. I have worked with at least 7 other realtors in the past, and most of them were ok but The experiences did not come close to this last one. LISA IS SN ABSOLUTE SUPERB REALTOR!!!I recently had a very difficult transaction.It was through Lisas hard work, good work ethics, her refined negotiation skills, her INTEGRITY, her ALWAYS staying on top of everything that made it possible to close on my house. She works even beyond closing to make sure everything is done correctly and that we were happy!! She is so trusting and her positive personality gave us reassurance through the roller coaster sale. Lisa is not pushy but she will also not take no for an answer. She is very patient and took a lot of time to explain things in detail to us never once getting frustrated. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and i would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If theres something she doesnt know she will not pretend to have an answer. I dont even know where to start. Our realtor lisa was recommended to my husband and I by a friend of mine. Even before we had schedule our first house tour, she was busy away sending me house listings , shes super pro active.When we finally met with her we had an instant connection and knew she would find us a home. We saw what felt was hundreds of homes , but she made the process fun and very educational she thought us a lot being we were first time home buyers. Our realtor lisa went above and beyond for us, she did a lot of research for us and kept us informed all the time. She explained the entire process from how many homes you will actually see before you find the right home, inspection of the home to even the mortgage process and how it all works and how long it takes.She never rushed us because she said we would know when we found the right home and didnt mind seeing and scheduling appointments for us to see homes after homes.She found us a home and we closed almost a month ago. I could probably write an entire novel about amazing Lisa is, but Ill do my best to keep it short :) My husband and I were first time home buyers and met Lisa a little over a year ago when we began house hunting as we were also in the midst of planning our wedding. We instantly clicked with her and knew we wanted to use her because she actually listened to us, stuck to our budget and totally got what we were looking for. Lisa always knew all the right things to look for and the right questions to ask and we learned so much from her throughout the process. She guided us every step of the way and made the process easy and stress free. She was also incredibly patient and very accommodating! I was working your typical M-F job and my husband was working nights and had a rotating schedule, so we werent exactly the most flexible. She would often even go to the same property twice to show us both separately. Lisa was always available whether via e-mail/call/text to schedule showings and answer my many questions about listings, and was more than willing to meet us whenever/wherever and often times even last minute if my husbands schedule changed. She was never, EVER pushy about us putting an offer on a house. In fact, we took a few breaks from house hunting along the way because of work and then we decided it was getting too close to our wedding, so we were going to search for an apartment instead. We wound up totally lucking out because Lisa was moving into a new house that had an apartment, so she totally hooked us up and would up becoming our land lady! Shortly after our wedding, we started house hunting again. The 3 of us went together in one car, which was quite convenient and we had so much fun looking at houses together and all became so close! We really respected and valued her opinions and expertise as not only our realtor, but also our friend.When it came down to putting in offers and finally going to contract, Lisa went above and BEYOND to get every single detail about the house we were buying. She even sat on the couch with me for over an hour explaining details of the contract that I didnt understand (something that she totally could have told me to ask my attorney instead). She truly loves what she does and making her clients happy and at ease.Its so bittersweet writing this because weve now officially closed on our home and our house hunting adventures are over, but we absolutely love the home she found for us! We cant thank her enough for letting us drag her to more houses than we would like to admit, and still becoming our friend through it all!If we ever decide to move, we would without hesitation call Lisa and work with her again and have already recommended her to someone else who I hope loves her as much as we did!
