She is a very professional, kind, and genuine person all around. We came to her as the home listing agent with a pre-approval from a lender we had previously used successfully and trusted, yet the day escrow was supposed to close, 08/26 our lender told us we couldnt get approved unless we doubled our down payment which he knew we couldnt do from the start. Iran immediately assured us not to lose hope and recommended her preferred lender, Rick, and he told us he could make it happen with a close of escrow date 09/23 then we turned around and closed on the house 09/20 with 10% down and an even better rate than our original lender gave us! Super happy with our experience with Iran overall. She completely saved the transaction. She even came over and welcomed us with a gift basket. She is so sweet and we highly recommend her as an agent. Shes got a great attitude, was very fair through the whole process, and so kind and experienced in her field. From my experience of her representing both us and the seller, Id say anyone who chooses Iran as their agent will definitely come out the other end of the purchasing or selling process more than satisfied!
