This guy is a scam.. We tried to place an offer on one of the foreclosure properties that he has listed. Once he found out that we have a realtor, he automatically replied that the house was sold. Couple of days later, we saw that the listing is still active so I called him about the property. He answered and asked if I was a "buyer" or a "realtor". I replied buyer, then he replied by "yes the house is for sale" and to place an offer. I placed an offer and once he found out that i had a realtor he rejected the offer without showing evidence that it was even sent in to the bank. This guy claims he is a minster.. He is definitely doing something unethical. We reported him to TREC.
