In my humble opinion, Hannah is a miracle worker. We "gave" her the job the first week of June. Within days she had multiple offers. We accepted one (the highest obviously) and we closed on June 17. She was great to work with and while we were a thousand miles away - she kept us informed of how the sales effort was going and the offers she received. She suggested improvements on the house. We chose to sell "as is" and she was able to do that effectively. If I had another house to sell, she would be my choice.
