Kari is all you could want or need in an agent! From day 1, I knew she was on our side! Even before we had officially signed with her, she provided general insight and guidance to our family as we helped our Aunt prepare to sell her home. When we were ready to go to market, she guided us through the process step by step with clear instructions and expectations. Kari kept the lines of communication open, updating us even when we didnt ask. She informed us of each step, quickly responding to calls/texts, she answered questions, and provided insight on the market and the offers we received for the house. Not once did Kari try to pressure or influence us into any decisions that would have favored her or her company. She was neutral in the information she gave us, while still having our Aunt's best interest in mind. She provided previous sales data from the local area to us to help establish the base sale price. The photos of the home were excellent, she promoted the home and in only a week, we closed well above our asking price. She explained each offer we received and what the benefits might or might not be for each one. She demonstrated her expertise in the Real Estate industry more than once!
