Chris was very informative and patient with us during this process. We are originally from another state and did not know the area very well nor did we know the different builders and the quality of each of the homes. Chris was happy to show us anything we wanted to see....even if it was not the type of home we really wanted. We came full circle and bought the house Chris knew from the beginning was a perfect fit for us. I have worked with several agents and I found that most don't listen, at least to the buyer. My profile was clear and after three previous agents I found Chris by luck, at an open house. I was looking for a home in Paradise Valley and still living in Manhattan NY so every house hunting trip was expensive and important. Chris listened to what I wanted, he did not waste my time and made sure that we were always on the same page before I flew to Phoenix with only a couple of days to view homes in PV. Chris knows Paradise Valley and is plugged in to what is going on including sellers/buyers motivations and works well with his collegues which in this case accelerated the sales process.
