There is no describing how good Chris is! She nailed what I was looking for with the first drive around the lake. She then negotiated an amazing deal for us, doing the research along the way to correctly guess the seller's bottom line. This in itself is a strong skill. But the attention to details did not stop there. Trying to finance a house during COVID-19 has its unique challenges and we had a lot of them. With every obstacle, she had a solution within an impressive amount of time. So, what looked like an impossible situation, turned into a phenomenal experience - thanks to Chris. Chris is very efficient in her professional dealings in all aspects of the home search, and really helped make our final choice and closing process very smooth. On top of that she is a on absolute breath of fresh air just to be around as Chris has an uplifting and positive attitude and demeanor, very pleasant personality.
