ZillowVERIFIEDdon't recommend sales folks often but given the experience, and challenges we all face in this market, I feel compelled to recommend the agent we used to find and close on our new home.Summary: 80+ houses viewed in 6 months and we won on our first bid despite being 3rd amongst 10 offers (and no I wasn't an all cash kind of guy). I didn't need someone to help find me a place. Just needed someone to keep me from making a mistake and to make it happen when it was time. Chris exceeded my expectations in both areas.He is very technical, saved me from emotionally bidding on 3 properties that would've ended up as money pits, determined the best overall strategy/offer to secure the home, held my hand through the entire close process, and continues to offer up recommendations for various needs.
