We are military and had to PCS. We talked to other realtors in the area and they all said it would not be possible to sell in the timeframe we had or even be able to break even. Then we found Chris and he was able to sell our house with months to spare and retain our VA benefits!

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Even if you think you can't afford a home but would like to one day, CALL ME TODAY. I can help put you on the right path towards making that dream become a reality.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

The better you communicate with me, your SUPER REALTOR, the better I can serve your needs. There's a LOT involved with selling a home, and I'm a highly experienced expert at it. Don't be afraid to ask me for advice: after all, I'm here for YOU!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I've helped people of all walks of life. These included renters, buyers, sellers, investors, military, law enforcement, people relocating for work, and more. Whatever you may need, I can help!

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I had a client ask me to show them rentals. They didn't think they could afford to buy. I showed them homes they liked, then showed them an alternative. They ended up having a home built from the ground up, and spending hundreds less each month than they would have in rent. They dreamed of owning their own home, and I was blessed with being able to help make that become a reality!

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

By accident, really. My wife and I were looking to buy a home for five years in two states and I was the go-to guy while she was deployed. I did all the research, answered all the questions and learned a ton along the way. I loved every step, and ended up deciding to dedicate that same help to others who needed it.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have over 26 years of experience in Customer Service Management and multiple years experience in real estate. I'm constantly working to learn and grow in my field, so as to better help the public. I also practice negotiating with my kids and my wife, very often!
