Our family relocated from Maryland in the middle of the pandemic. Housing prices were high and inventory was scarce. Chris and his team listened to all of our wants and needs. Found Chris via his YouTube videos. From day 1 he was responsive and did what he said he would do. Sadly, thats very rare these days. It was nice to work with a realtor that was actually there every step of the way, was up front and honest when something wasnt a good deal and stayed in the picture until the very end (and didnt disappear like some other realtors do). If youre looking for a real professional realtor that will work and fight for you, just stop looking and call Chris. Hell probably call/text you back within minutes.
