THEY WILL SELL YOU A HOUSE BUT WHEN THAT IS DONE THEY ARE DONE. WE HAD A HOLE OPEN UP IN THE FRONT YARD BEFORE WE MOVED INTO THE HOUSE WE ASKED THEM ABOUT IT THEY LOOKED AT IT SAID IT WAS A GOPHER HOLE AND THAT WAS ALL WE GOT FROM HIM. IT ENDED UP COSTING US $450.00 TO THE HAVE THE OLD WELL (NOT GOPHER HOLE FILLED IN)
