I have lived and worked in the North Central KY area for more than 40 years. I reside in Carroll Co. with my wife Misty, and our three children; Cody(24) who is a Firefighter Paramedic and a graduate of Cinci State Univ., Logan(21) who attends the Univ. of Ky and majors in business communication and their daughter Gabriella(15) who attends the I-Lead Academy and is involved in many extracurricular activities. As most of you with children can imagine, any time outside of work has been spent going from one event to another with our children. I have participated in various youth sports programs over the years and I am member of The Family Worship Center where I have served as a Sunday School teacher and church usher. My post high school education was at the Univ. Of Ky. where I majored in Business Administration. I am a graduate of A-Pass Weikle Real Estate School. I began my real estate career in 1996 and became a broker in 1998. I have an extensive background in real estate sales (65 million plus), residential construction (30 homes built and sold), property rehabilitation (20 personal investments bought and sold as well as assisting many other investors), rental management (14 personal units & a mini storage facility), mortgage lending (former Countrywide Wholesale Business partner and CharterWest Net Branch Manager). I am certain that my knowledge of the North Central Ky. area, coupled with my experience in many related areas of the real estate industry and my strong desire to be your life long go to guy for all your real estate needs will be a benefit to you and your family. First and foremost, I am not the type of person that normally writes reviews. However, this was such a great experience for that I can't not write one. Chris turned out to be a great realtor, a positive person, and, most importantly in this situation, a pragmatist. He always shot straight with us, let us know as soon as there was anything to report, and worked diligently under our (I'll admit it) unrealistic timelines. Here is our story as told by my wife:When the house we had always admired came on the market unexpectedly, we sent an email to inquire about the property. We are so fortunate that Chris Hembree replied. Not only did he show us the house within 24 hours, he listed ours and had it under contract within four days. Chris was very accessible to us and answered all questions timely and was very knowledgeable. It was evident that he worked very hard for us throughout the process and paid great attention to detail, always keeping our best interest in the forefront. Was a great help. Knew his business very well. Answered all our questions and if he did not know the answer he found out. Kept us calm when things went bad on the other end for us selling our house in Indiana and moving to Kentucky. Helped us get a bank to do business with us not having the right stuff having just moved to Kentucky.
