We dealt with Chris in buying a home in 1995. We were moving into a new area altogether different than the San Gabriel Valley so needed some extra help. -- Chris represented the seller and we, of course, had an agent from a Vista realty. I won't mention her name since she was very unhelpful. --Chris helped both of us - buyers and sellers. He was extremely good about communicating. When the final walk-through was over we were told by the sellers that the large ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom did not go with the house, we said - too bad because it wasn't listed as an exception. That was when we said, 'No fan, no sale.' Chris and our agent split the $400 cost!-- Later after moving in Chris brought us some house keys that he had made. Our agent never talked to us again. -- My husband was so impressed by Chris' attention that he had Chris' name and company included in the family trust to sell the house. Quite an exceptional thing to do!!!
