Chris and her team did a wonderful job in selling my family's home of 54 years. Unfortunately, the home was dated and not kept up over the past 15 years, so we didn't have high hopes for selling quickly or for a market number. Chris has so much sales experience, particularly in Ridgewood, that the home sold within two weeks, and at a much higher number than I imagined. Chris was very direct on what needed to be done, and had her team working quickly to help me stage the house.
