Ruth and Chris were fantastic throughout the process of selling my mothers house. My mother had passed away and I was handling the sale of her house while living out of state. I needed to rely on Ruth and Chris to arrange for house renovations and cleaning to prepare the house for sale in addition to the selling process. Ruth and Chris provided excellent advice on preparing the house to sell and setting the right price to sell in order to maximize profit and minimize time to sell. The painting, carpeting, etc. was done in a timely manner and upon completion the house was listed immediately. A great offer was made and accepted within a few days. When the first buyers backed out, Ruth and Chris had another offer lined up right away and I ended up with an even bigger profit! Throughout this process, Ruth and Chris were extremely responsive to any issues that arose and communicated often. They were always very positive and enthusiastic. They understood that I was under stress, dealing with the handling of my mothers estate and they were very supportive. I especially appreciated their honesty and candor, following through with what was promised in our first meeting. They really exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.
