Ruth and Chris were fantastic throughout the process of selling my mothers house. My mother had passed away and I was handling the sale of her house while living out of state. I needed to rely on Ruth and Chris to arrange for house renovations and cleaning to prepare the house for sale in addition to the selling process. Ruth and Chris provided excellent advice on preparing the house to sell and setting the right price to sell in order to maximize profit and minimize time to sell. The painting, carpeting, etc. was done in a timely manner and upon completion the house was listed immediately. A great offer was made and accepted within a few days. Top Notch Service. If you dont give Chris and Ruth at least the opportunity to speak with you. You would be doing yourself a disservice. Nobody in Katy or the Houston Area is better.Ruth showed us several homes at all times of the day and when we finally found a house with literally 2 days before closing I lost my job and lost the house in the process.
