1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First step is consult with a lender to get pre-qualified and decide which loan is the best option. Set a budget price for a home purchase and stick to it. Work with a Realtor to identify homes that match criteria you want in a home. View homes and eliminate the ones that are not the right fit for your needs. Trust your Realtor to guide you through the purchase.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Competitively pricing your home is the most important thing. Houses don't sell because of three reasons: Location, Condition or Price. All boil down to price. Then clean up, declutter and repair needed items. Buyer are looking for move in ready homes
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time Buyers, Move up Buyers, Relocation Buyers and Sellers, Lake homes, Large tracts of Land, Neighborhood lots, Sellers from small to large homes, Luxury Homes
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I had worked for a large corporation for 14 years. I decided to have a back-up plan in case things did not work out with this company. I loved real estate and helping people. I got my license and was part time as an agent for 7 years when the company relocated the facility. I then decided to make Real Estate my full time career. That has been the best decision for my career and family.
