Chris and Betsy are quite a couple!!! I have to say that I don?t think we could have accomplished selling our home and buying a new one without them. We used these guys to sell 3 houses, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, buying or selling. They were able to give us pointers on what we needed to do to make the listings available for VA or FHA loans, and were a great help negotiating with buyers. They do their homework pulling comps in the neighborhood, and can work with any hectic work schedule. Very active in finding buyers, 2 of those houses had buyers within 7 days of listing! Professional pics, accurate descriptions, all-around excellent experience.

As first time home buyers with a time constraint, we stopped in at a real estate office recommended by an acquaintance, and were lucky enough to be assigned to Chris and Betsy Fox. We only had two days to see the town and potential properties, and they went out of their way to locate and show us homes that fit our criteria. We decided on a house the day after we left town. We contacted Chris with our decision, and he immediately got the ball rolling. We did everything from a distance, and Chris was always available and willing to help. Even after the closing Chris was friendly and helpful. Knowing we were new to the area he sent suggestions and recommendations, from appliances to places to eat. We were thrilled with our home buying experience with Chris and Betsy, so when it came time for us to leave the area three short years later, we didnt consider contacting anyone else but them. They came over and helped get everything prepared to put the house on the market, and again were always available and helpful. Chris went above and beyond what we would have expected a Realtor to do, and had our house sold much faster than we anticipated. As stressful as we have heard home buying and selling can be, we feel like we lucked out and had a very stress-free and pleasant experience. If we ever find ourselves back in the area and in the market for a home, Chris and Betsy Fox will be hearing from us for sure!
