For example, I had a new, one-of-a-kind property to sell that, because it was new and one of a kind, probably had no comps! Chris showed up with a folder full of comps and carefully explained to me why he had selected them. Then, when it turned out that I had a 21-day deadline, Chris was encouraging at the same time that he was realistic. For example, the news is full of doom and gloom stories about market downturns.
