The process of purchasing the home was quick and easy. He set up the inspection right away so we could close quickly. He set me up with the home insurance agent who was amazing! He was available to meet me when I did finally come to WPB and see the house for the first time. The closing was easy! Since the purchase of the home, Chris has gone above and beyond what would be expected of an agent. He was willing to meet contractors and be there for deliveries! Chris is always willing to give me information regarding electricians, roofing companies and a handyman. It has been an smooth process setting this house up while living out of state.
