We worked with several agents before meeting Chris. They were all fine, but chris is the whole package. We chose Chris for three compelling reasons. First, he has expansive, professional knowledge of house quality, especially when you decide to buy a single family house. He is probably a better aEURoehome inspectoraEUR? than many home inspectors. He knows which house should be avoided, which is safe to move into. Second, when we decide to give an offer, he was very honest with us and advocated benefits to us rather than benefits to an agent. He let us know when houses were overvalued and helped make sure we did not overbid.Third, Chriss team was also highly efficient and professional. It took us less than three weeks to close by VA loan. And we got a relatively lower interest rate compared to other lenders. Also, the home inspector, the escrow company are nice and very responsible.

When we relocated to the DC area, we worked with Chris first to find a rental and later to purchase a home. During both experiences, Chris was amazing, working tirelessly to find options in a market that was competitive for both rentals and home purchases. He was patient, listened to our needs, never pressured us, and was understanding when we backed out of deals after having second thoughts. I am a first time home owner who was very fortunate to have Chris assigned (gifted) to me by the lender. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and goes above and beyond for his clients. Despite my small budget, he managed to help me get an outstanding place in DC that did not require me spending too much out of pocket. This is due to him knowing all of the tricks in the book like seller credits to cover closing costs. As far as his dedication to the clients, he drove from his home to DC when I was unable to make the home inspection. He is still very well engaged with his current or previous customers and hosts lots of events for them in his home. I do not feel that 5 stars is enough.
