Chris is amazing. He is the best agent I have ever had. Chris is about finding the right house. He listened to what I wanted and got me the perfect house. He ensured that I did not get a house out of my financial ability. Some we looked at, were in the right price range but upkeep/repairs would have been out of my financial ability.
