1. Chris and we worked together for 6 months and he never pressured us to buy a home.2. Chris is a great home valuation analyst. There was a house we loved and wanted to pursue but he told us the posting price was overvalued and informed us that resale at the same price could be difficult. We followed up with the house, and the seller reduced the posting price 3 times and still unsold. 3. Chris is a great negotiator and strategist. He helped us purchase a home $10K lower than the posting price even though there was a bidder at the posting price. 4. Chris helped me get a noticeably better interest rate than my initial rate, which was very competitive. 5. Chris is very knowledgeable and well connected in the industry.
