He is the energizer bunny of real estate agents, he will stick with you and view properties with you according to exactly what you want, until you are satisfied. I had a heck of a time finding a house in Avon/Brownsburg during a very tight market summer 2018, I looked at probably 20 or 30 properties, put offers on I think four, was outbid for several great houses (in one case my bid was actually higher than the winning bid but that was 100% due to the eccentricity of the seller and not Chris fault), before we finally found a very nice ranch house in Avon that checked all my boxes. I am now living in a great neighborhood and very satisfied.
