Having grown up in Landenberg, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the Chester County area in which we were searching for a home. From our very first meeting, Chris was incredibly transparent about the home buying process, the associated fees, and what we should expect as first time home buyers. We had previously interviewed other real estate agents who failed to provide us with straight forward answers, so we were excited to be working with Chris who was knowledgeable and candid. When touring homes, Chris was not only able to point out potential issues with a home that a first time buyer might miss, but also had a depth of market knowledge surrounding replacement/repair costs. Alexis was incredibly responsive and able to keep all of the parties (buyers, sellers, inspectors, mortgage company) on schedule so we could close on our home in 30 days.
