Ching was amazing! Whatever we needed and whenever we need it, she was right there and accessible! Her demeanor is kind and approachable, yet she is also clever and business savvy. We can't praise Ching enough for her outstanding work. She helped us buy our first home in Memphis, and was a champion for us, advising us with her expertise. She's responsive and caring, and has become a friend in the process. We were lucky, and found her out of the blue. Ching catered to our schedule, making last minute appointments to view properties, and when we found one we loved, she reached out to the seller's agent before we left the viewing and started the process for us. She remained diligent with negotiations, and closed as quickly as we wanted (and as fast as possible under the circumstances).
