ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Cheryl was AMAZING! My husband and I were relocating back to MS after living several states away for many many years. We contacted her about a listing we saw online when we were just getting started and she immediately went to work for us finding us exactly what we needed! We came with only about 3 days to make a decision on a house and LOTS of properties to see! She made a daunting task seem easy and took the time to go through our want list and send us listings beforehand to narrow our search down and even mapped out different areas for us to see. She was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each different area while touring us around and had great attention to detail! We looked at so many houses I lost count but we achieved what we set out to and made an offer at the end of the showings and here we are less than a month later closing and preparing to get moved this weekend! I never thought it would be possible to get everything done as quickly as we wanted, but she made it happen for us!! She negotiated all the things we wanted and really went above and beyond! She answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns and was always responsive and available when we needed her! She even referred us to an amazing mortgage broker as well, so we can't possibly recommend her enough!
