Several things stood out with regard to Cheryl White. 1. The property she showed was not listed by her agency, so she did not know much to begin with, but she took the time to find some very pertinent background information. I admire her attention to that type of detail. 1. The parcel we looked at was marginal even by its description and I told her in my first contact that this was probably not going to result in a sale. She was still willing to work with my strange schedule and drive out in the country to see it. Her past work experience gives her a very interesting perspective, I think, and I would be very willing to work with her again, should I find another property I want to see. I would trust her judgement if she contacted me to say she had something that might interest me.
