Cheryl was very helpful in locating and closing on a very specific parcel in which the owner was, at times, reluctant to sell. However, after several months of off and on decisions, the owner finally decided to sell. I really appreciated Cheryl's commitment. She did an excellent job with the closing and worked hand in hand with the local title company to complete the transaction.
