Cheryl knows her stuff. But the best thing about Cheryl is that she always has her customer's best interest in mind, no matter what. She was very patient and listen to what we were looking for in a house and helped us find just the right house. And during the process of purchasing the house she reviewed the contract and ensured there was a home warranty built in for the first year that the seller had to pay for in the event that something unexpected would happen... Which it did. In the first year our hot water heater blew and the home warranty got us a new one. She basically walked through the process every step of the way with us and was very patient with our questions and answered them very thoroughly. She is an example of excellence in customer service and I wouldn't use anyone else.
