It was a good price from which to negotiate. She was able to recommend a couple of painters. The one that I chose, did a terrific job. She responded to my calls quickly. Cheryl kept me informed of progress every step of the way. She advertised very well. The first contract that I had fell through, because the buyer lost her job. Cheryl immediately took care of making sure showings resumed. There was another offer within a couple of days? But that person backed out in a few days. Cheryls calm, caring demeanor kept me calm.
