Her experience, understanding of the Steamboat market, and ability to address our concerns and answer our questions made her stand out. She was very thorough from start to finish. She has two great qualities, strategizing and responsiveness. She had a plan for selling our condo that made sense. She was very thorough in explaining the market timing, buyer behaviors, and weather. There was never a time that we did not receive a timely response to every inquiry and those responses were always backed up with data. She is calm and patient. We greatly appreciated this because we were anxious about the timing and process because our subsequent relocation hinged on the sale. As it turned out, our first buyer backed out days before the close. We were devastated. I truly believe Cheryl turned things around with HER efforts to contact Realtors who had buyers who had seen the condo and were interested before it went under contract the first time. Cheryl and her team helped us with every part of the contract and were a great resource for the inspection resolutions. I can honestly say that we owe our relocation to Cheryl/Team and highly recommend them.
