About Cheryl Fine-Whitteron

I have been in real estate sales and new construction development and sales for over 20 Years. As a Utah native, and a Park City resident for over 20 years, I know Park City and the surrounding areas like the back of my hand. I pride myself in responding to inquiries and clients within the hour--unless I'm showing property to a future Buyer, in which case, I will return inquiries after 6 PM. I've been told I'm a very good listener and pride myself in understanding what my Buyers are looking for. On more than one occasion, I have successfully matched home and Buyer in a single afternoon. I have a strong design background and have sub-specialized in matching Buyers with lots, and design /build packages. This year I have packaged over seven to- be- built projects for my Clients. It's difficult for first time Buyers to enter the Park City market. With my build packages, I have put three new families in the Park City School District within the last six months. Because I love what I do, I don't consider it work--but when I'm not selling real estate, I dabble in building spec homes, spend time with my five children and even manage to travel with my husband a couple of times a year. Park City is a wonderful place to live with breathtaking scenery, crisp clean air, wild life just outside your door, and a casual lifestyle that's easy to relax into. Every time we go away, upon our return, my husband and I always agree that there is no place we'd rather live than Park City." Cheryl did a great job from the time I called her to inquire about a New Home that was in the middle of construction until closing. She looked after our interest, provided me a great mortgage company, even did an inspection of the house to let the builder know if there was any issues. I would 100% use her again.
