We met Cheryl when she responded to a Realtor.com question (at 8:30 PM) we had about a property, and she immediately started to help us with our property searches. We had been talking with another realtor who was pretty much letting us do all the work to look for a house or property on which to build. The first realtor took us out one day to look and then we were pretty much on our own looking at properties through Realtor.com and Zillow. She even fussed at us for not finding what we wanted. She essentially fired us when we asked her to find a price on some lots we had found. We never heard from her again. Cheryl, however, was so very responsive. When we asked her if she could tell us the price on a property that we had found she contacted the listing agent for the property immediately and we had a price. She arranged quickly to meet us at the property and we loved it. We made an offer with advice from her to pay cash if we could so that we would be more likely to get the property. What we really like about Cheryl is that she is very good at explaining an issue, describing what we need to do to fix something, and making it easy to understand. We have not been in the real estate market since 1983 so you can imagine what help folks like us might need! Next thing I would say is that Cheryl is very responsive! Email, text message or phone call she is very quick to answer with the information needed. From looking to purchasing she is always there to cover what you need to do. We have also been very impressed and greatly appreciate the contacts she has provided. First was the surveyor who did a fantastic job of resurveying so we can apply to have the two lots we are purchasing combined into one. Like Cheryl this person was extremely helpful in pointing out that because our lot was very flat we needed to make sure that we could install a standard septic system. Now we are beginning to work with Cheryls recommendations on a builder. Thank heavens for Cheryl Croft !
