I contacted Cheryl because I had a home that I wanted sold. Immediately, she got all the necessary paperwork together, came over to look at the house, made pictures and put for sale sign in yard. She told me that she was listing the house on Monday morning. All I had to do was sit back and wait on the phone to ring or a text asking if I was available to talk. When we told her that we wanted her to be our eyes from Colorado, since we couldn't look at all of the properties , she took that challenge as well. Honestly, I could go on and on about the great experience that my fiancA(C) and I had with Cheryl! I'll just keep it short in sweet.
