I have over 19 years experience in Real Estate and over 21 years of experience in Real Estate lending. Experience includes selling, buying, renting, prepping/staging homes, investments, multi-unit properties, rentals, foreclosures, short sales, flips, first time home buying programs, local grants for buyers, and clean outs. I was born and raised in Chicago and now residing in the Chicago Western Suburb of Elmhurst with my AMAZING son. Cherrie went above and beyond to help sell our property. She's very detailed orientated, personable and passionate. She has dealt with ALL the issues (small and large) that came up. She did everything from provide relocation assistance to the tenants down to obtaining cleaning services and a great attorney. She was able to sell our "unsellable" property in a short time at a price that was more than expected. I'm looking forward to see properties she finds for my family and I to purchase in the future.
