Cherie made it happen. We fell in love with a home and despite being up against three (THREE!) other all cash offers, she got us the house and we couldn't be happier. It would not have happened without her masterful approach, tenacity, thoughtfulness, and follow-through. Her instincts were spot on every step of the way.
