ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a prospective buyer and they wanted to close in 3 weeks. Cheri gave us the names of some extended stay hotels to call. The sale didn't end up going through but Cheri had a backup buyer and called to let them know that the house was still for sale. They were from out of town so she did a 2-3 hour video walk through with them to show the house. The house was sold to this customer within a short period of time. Cheri is very knowledgeable about selling, buying, and everything involved with the process. She sold our previous home and found the one we just sold.
