Unfortunately, I listed my house with this Agent. I discovered the hard way that she paid no attention to details. Posted horrible, sloppy pictures of my property online. Did virtually nothing to sell my property until almost the end of our listing agreement. At that point she wanted me to my drop price so that an investor would then make an offer. This was a completely ridiculous recommendation in a strong sellers market. After I got a different agent, I was able to sell my property for much higher price than original listed price. I would not recommend that this person act as my worst enemy's agent.
