If you are looking for a great realtor, you cant go wrong by calling Cher! My husband and I were so pleased with how easy Cher made our home buying experience! After reading several reviews on realtors I decided to call Cher. I appreciated how honest she was upfront by telling me that she is careful on how many clients she takes on at one time because she likes to dedicate the time and energy she needs to really help each client find just the right home. So we felt very lucky that she was able to show us about 7 homes,in the area we were most interested in, the very next morning on a Saturday! We never felt rushed and was impressed with her knowkedge on what we should be looking for in a home. We were wanting to move fast and possibly make an offer on one of the homes. Sunday afternoon Cher showed us a couple more homes and arranged a second showing so we could make our final decession. We never expected she would spend most of her weekend and several late nights getting the ball rolling on purchasing our new home.
