I was raised in the beautiful countryside of Crossville, TN since the age of 7 after leaving the busy city of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I was blessed to grow up in such a peaceful, kind town surrounded by natural beauty. After getting my license in 2017, I spent most of my time helping agents in our office, auditing their contracts and doing a bunch of the 'behind the scenes' work involved in the firm. I enjoy helping my agents thrive & learn new things, I also enjoy handling the events we put on for our community. I absolutely love the many aspects involved with being a Realtor(R)...it never gets boring! Whether its a tiny piece of land or a million dollar mansion, I care for all of my clients with integrity, knowledge, and passion.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The easiest first step is to find a lender & get Pre-Qualified so we know exactly what our budget allows...I'd be happy to give you the information of a few that I personally know will take the time to make everything work smoothly...Next, we have to discuss what qualities your dream home would have! We'll go over everything you want (acreage, # of bedrooms, etc) & then start the hunt until we find the perfect one for you!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
First, I like to prepare a Comparative Market Analysis to show the owners a realistic price range I think we can obtain in this current market...Next, I like to discuss what we need to do to the home to make it market-ready! This is a partnership, so I help in any way to make it more appealing, whether it's pressure-washing, helping find movers, etc...
I also like to remind sellers not to get discouraged & promise them I will stick through it with them until the end!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All kinds of people from all different walks of life! I love this business because the diversity of buyers and sellers is so vast & I love all the different interactions I'm able to have because of it.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I've always been in customer service of some form or another & it's something I've always enjoyed...My mother started doing Real Estate about 6 years ago & in doing so, I began helping as an assistant & fell in love. A few years later, and here I am!
