We knew we were outgrowing our current home and were going to need more space inside and outside and even though the market was so unpredictable and prices were so high we decided to start the search process. Flash forward a few months and we had our second child and it became clear pretty quickly we needed a new home. We were not the easiest clients as we had a lot of specific things we were looking for, in a market that was really competitive. Chelsea was incredible. She communicated to us all days and hours. She was honest with us about her experience and professional opinion. She was trustworthy and it is clear that she had our best interest at heart and she truly wanted us to find the right fit, no matter how long it took or how many weekend messages or showings. We finally found the perfect house while we were visiting family in Florida! She sent us videos of the home and we made offers back and forth while at a distance. We trusted her opinion and expertise so much that we bought a house without even seeing it in person! Chelsea has been just so pleasant and lovely to work with and I recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIEDChelsea was absolutely amazing! From the first consultation- she was prepared with many comps and presented a well thought out strategy to list my home and get it sold. She had a reasonable price that she recommended based on the comps, which ended up working out very well. At first, I was a little concerned about how aggressive the timeline was, her plan was to have all offers on the table within a week. Two days after our first meeting she had a professional photographer come out and Chelsea staged the house extremely well to let it shine. On day 3 the listing was live and on days 4-6 (Fri-Sun) were all the showings (25+). Sure enough she knew exactly what she was doing and it couldn't have gone better- we had 4 amazing offers to chose from that Monday! It truly was a pleasure working with her, everything was so smooth. She really did all the heavy lifting, contacting appraisers, fire marshals, etc. Chelsea really made life easy though a stressful time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.
