Chelsea McAlister

I am a Realtor who is passionate about helping clients buy and sell property in the Portland metro area and beyond. Born and raised in Eugene Oregon, I've been lucky to call Portland home for 17 years. I studied geography at Portland State University which gave me unique insights into our city. I love working with buyers to find their ideal home in the perfect neighborhood and I am constantly delighted to find hidden gems in a place I know so well. As an agent I bring a clear and direct communication style to a sometimes overwhelming process. I started my real estate career as a transaction coordinator which gave me a lot of empathy for both buyers and sellers. From navigating multiple offers to negotiating a repair addendum, I am fighting hard for my clients every step of the way. In my free time I love exploring Mt. Tabor with my pitbull, Hank, cheering on the Blazers and eating copious amounts of sushi.
