Chelsea is a life long resident of Indiana and has resided in Bloomington for the past 26 years. She is a hard working, single mother to one, relatable, down to earth, and very knowledgeable in her field of work. I would recommend Chelsea a thousand times! She showed over 30 homes till we found "the one"! She was easy to talk with, great knowledge of real estate. She was great a negotiating the best purchase price for us! She was always available to us when we need answers or requesting showings. By the end, I consider her now a friend! Wonderful experience with buying our home in Bedford, Indiana. She was also able to show us homes outside of Bedford which made it better or us also.
