Born and raised in Las Vegas, Chelsea brings to the table over 17 years of customer service and hospitality management experience to your real estate needs. A graduate of Cimarron-Memorial High School and the University of Nevada Las Vegas, she possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Las Vegas Valley and can answer your questions about the housing market. She was licensed in 2020 and quickly built her sphere to close a combined 61 transactions encompassing buyers, sellers and renters. Her niche skills and expertise are working with First Time Homebuyers, Relocation Buyers and those in need of grant assistance via the Home Is Possible(TM) program. As first time homebuyers we were both excited and nervous to enter into the process. Fortunately we found the absolute best there is in realtors in the Las Vegas Valley. Chelsea was not only incredible to work with, but she was extremely flexible and willing to meet us for showings on the weekends and around our crazy schedules. Shes a force to be reckoned with when it comes to the real estate knowledge of this market. As a born and raised Las Vegas lady, she was able to get us into the areas that we would feel safe, have access to the right schools and feel right at home.
