I couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent than Cheena. She is extremely experienced and knowledgable of just about every neighborhood in Chicago! She was always available and went above and beyond to help me find my perfect home. She would even go see listings for me when I was unavailable to make sure we didnt miss any great opportunities, which is how I eventually found my perfect home! Honestly, bad service. I inquired about a rental unit and she was non personable. She also stopped replying back to my inquiry, although I was looking to sign the same day. With that being said, just because of her personality even if she did reply back, I would not give her my business.

We recently purchased our property in Chicago and we could not have asked for a better Realtor. We didnt have the easiest of closings with having to push closing date, changing lenders but Cheena and her team were patient and walked us through the difficult process. Closing on a house is a big ordeal in itself, but with the added issues, it was the worst case scenario for us with potentially not closing on our condo. Cheena was present not just for the real estate process but to provide her insights on the lending and closing process, provide her non-biased opinion, day or night. This was our first time working with Cheena but I would definitely recommend her to any buyers/sellers out there.
