Where do I start. I came to Chay after a deal I was in fell through at the very end of the deal. I explained to Chay what happen and she was very sympathetic to what I had previously went through. Chay immediately started to send me homes in my email search. Remember this is a sellers market people were lined outside the door for showings it was VERY challenging. The very frist house Chay placed an offer on a home for me the listing agent literally just did me so wrong he had verbally said the seller would accept my offer told us he would send the paperwork signed back to Chay over the weekend but guess what Monday morning the house was showing contingent. You guessed it the listing agent strung us along to wait to get a better offer and left us hanging. Than we placed an offer on 3 more homes the last home ?? was it that ended being homes 1 before Chay and 4 offers with Chay the 5th house was golden. But little did I know I would need Chay experience to get to the closing table. The home needed small repairs done but Chay was able to education all parties and the seller agreed to repair the issues. Chay kept praying with me through the entire process and encouraging me on days when I felt like I didnt think I would get a home. The closing date kept getting pushed back; which made me feel stress but Chay kept communicating with me and keeping me updated right away on all details. Chay made me feel like I was her only client due to how quickly she responded to me. Finally on July 14,2021 was my closing date we did the final walkthrough and my home ??is absolutely gorgeous so spacious my forever home. Chay is the BEST NOT TO HAVE HER AS A REALTOR is LITERALLY a disservice to yourself. Chay found me my home in 3weeks of meeting her. Chay did an outstanding Job!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER !
